The guides and tools on this site are general information only. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and using the site doesn't create an adviser–client or any other professional relationship. We don't recommend specific banks, lenders, cards or transfer services. Before you make a decision, check the details with the provider and, where needed, a qualified professional.
Our tools
The calculators run in your browser and give estimates based on the numbers you enter and simple formulas. Real fees, rates, payments and taxes can differ. Check any result with your bank or provider before you act on it.

Fees, rates and rules change, and we can't promise that every page is complete, current or right for you.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETREADY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, INCLUDING INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FINANCIAL LOSS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR RELIANCE ON, THE SITE, GUIDES OR TOOLS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ABOUT THE SITE IS LIMITED TO US$100. Some places don't allow these limits; where that is the case, they apply as far as the law allows.
Your responsibility
If you misuse the site or break these terms and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim, as far as the law allows.
Our content
The guides, illustrations and code on this site belong to GetReady unless a page says otherwise. You may link to any page and quote short passages with credit and a link. Please ask before copying more. The GetReady name and logo are ours. Names of organizations we cite, such as the CFPB, FDIC and FTC, belong to them; citing them doesn't mean they review or endorse this site.
Open-source software and fonts
The site uses the Inter font (SIL Open Font License 1.1) and Supabase JS (MIT licence). Each link opens its licence.
Acceptable use
Please don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, collect its content with automated tools at a rate that slows it down, or use it for anything unlawful.
Links to other websites
We link to official websites and other sources. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content; they have their own terms.
